Prastuti Soewondo, SE, MPH, Ph.D

She is highly experienced in health economics, health financing, health insurance. She has been spending more than a decade for NHA development in Indonesia. Currently, she is working as lecturer in Faculty of Public Health University of Indonesia and chair for health working group in The National Team for The Acceleration of Poverty Reduction on a part time basis. Dr. Prastuti obtained her master and Doctor of Philosophy in Health Administration School of Public Health University of California at Los Angeles. In addition to her formal education, she has a lot of training and international exposure in health economics, such as 3rd Meeting on Access to Medicines under Universal Health Coverage in the Asia Pacific Region in Seoul, Korea; Learning Exchange on Earmarking Revenues for the Health Sector and Meeting on the Implementation of Collaborative Agenda on Fiscal Space, PFM and Health Financing in Montreux, Switzerland; Health, the SDGs and role of Universal Health Coverage: next steps in South East Asia Region in New Delhi, India and Universal Health Care Forum 2015 in Singapore. Asides from serving as senior lecturer in Health Administration and Policy Department, Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia, she is also serves as Head of Social Health Insurance Policy Working Group (part time basis) at TNP2K(National Team for Acceleration for Poverty Reduction).
