Prof. Dr.dra. Dumilah Ayuningtyas, MARS

Dr. Dra. Dumilah Ayuningtyas, MARS graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Science Universitas Indonesia, then took a master's degree in Hospital Administration Study Program, Faculty Public Health University of Indonesia (FKM UI) and completed a Doctoral degree in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, UI Department of Political Science with a concentration of health policy. He has served on the management of the institution as specialization secretary in hospital management FKM UI for 5 years later secretary of postgraduate study program of FKM UI and until recently served as head of the hospital management course Post Graduate Faculty of Public Health. Dumilah have experienced in research, project coordinator, facilitator and consultant with institutional and funding of national and international level including Bappenas, the Ministry of Health, TNP2K, The Melinda-Gates Foundation, the World Bank, UNICEF, WHO, GTZ and OPM (Oxford Policy Management), IRHC Canada, JHPGO USAID, AusAID, Australia - Indonesia Partnership for Maternal Health Neonatal (AIPMNH), Australia - Indonesia Partnership for Health Systems Strengthening Program (AIPHSS). Some of the projects undertaken Supporting Team Health Project V - Human Resources and Development in Health Policies, "Assessment of Human Resources in Health Management & Development", in Lampung Province, Assessment on P2KT (Integrated of Financial & Health Planning / Budgeting) in Lampung Province , PHP, MOH RI, "Impacts of SLLO on Health Policy Development in Sukabumi, Rangkasbitung, Bogor and Cianjur", Facilitating of Health Policy Development in MOH, Capacity building research on Health Policy, Health Policy and networking. She taught as a lecturer since 2000 in the Department of Health Policy Administration Faculty of Public Health, University of Indonesia. Some of the syllabus, modules and courses related to management of the organization, leadership, and health policy has been made by her. Experience in professional organizations and science, she is part of a team of Learning Organization, Strategic Leadership and Systems Thinking Group (The Blank-On Group), researcher at the Center for Health Research, University of Indonesia, Group study of the quality of health care Faculty of Public Health, the Association of Research Center for Research and Policy Administration health, the research team at the Center for Family Welfare, and since 2006 until now she is Head of Advocacy and Health Policy Studies. She has experience in scientific writing and journal management and as a partner of bestari PSIKM Journal of Public Health Faculty of Medicine University of Andalas and seven times become an editor and reviewer national journals related to the hospital management, health management and health policy. Dumilah actively contribute as a resource and facilitator in the public service. Various conferences, seminars, symposium and workshops are participated by her either as instructor, speaker, in charge of the organizers or participants. As Training of "Strategic Leadership and Learning Organization", Strategies for Health Research Systems Development in South-East Asia Region and various other international and national conferences. Dumilah Ayuningtyas performance in health policy has been proved by the liveliness of her writing, publications, research, health policy and support program as resource persons in training, workshops, seminars and conferences. Background and concentration of knowledge in health politics and policy very relevant to participating in the study of cigarette excise mobilize funds for the National Health Insurance.
