Zahrina, SKM, MKM
Zahrina has a broad background and expertise in health economics and policy area. She holds a bachelor degree in Public Health (2015) and Master degree in Health Policy and Law (2022) from Universitas Indonesia. As a researcher at CHEPS, she has experiences and research interests related to health policy, health economics health systems strengthening, global health, and tobacco control.
She has also been exposed to various researches and consultancies including projects conducted and collaborates with government, NGO, private sector, and international teams. Previously she was involved in a large-scale project entitled Increasing Cigarette Excise as A Key advocacy in Reducing Cigarette Consumption in Indonesia, JKN (National Health Insurance) study, Costing and budget impact study, MNCH, Health Systems Strengthening and health decentralization.
Her strong interest in research results in her publication (report, policy brief, research brief, book, journal, etc) and attendance on oral/poster presentations at various conferences. She has a great capacity to do policy analysis, and quantitative and qualitative research including developing a research design, instruments, data collection & management, data analysis, and systematic review. She also has good skills in the managerial part to strengthen the project implementation.
